Due to our high volume of loans, we have negotiated deals with lenders, escrow, title, and appraisers to keep your fees as low as they can possibly be.
ServiceMost important to us, is our commitment to service for you. We know that your day doesn't always begin at 9:00 and end at 5:00 which is why our loan officers are here early in the morning and late at night to help with your needs. When you call our office, you speak directly to a loan officer; No operators, no voicemail, no phone trees. We know that your time is precious and our goal is to finish your loan from start to finish within 2 weeks.
